For those who care, the video file has the url of the person or group who encoded the movie as an embedded title name. Simply renaming the video file does not get rid of the embedded title name. Also, using mkvmerge to make a clean copy of the video file corrupts the audio.
Instead, use abcAVI Tag Editor to remove any unwanted tags including the embedded title name. The overall video and audio qualities are good...but not great.

Good quality video and audio. I liked the movie - made in found footage style with a nice use of practical effects. Not particularly scary. Thanks to the uploader!
